INSIGHT CLOUD SURVEY DESIGN
I worked with various household names on their customer satisfaction survey designs. Customers were invited to fill in the survey by targeted emails. I created the UX and UI designs for both the surveys and the emails. I also built the HTML and CSS of the surveys and emails. The survey results populated KPMG's Insight Cloud dashboard product. Insight Cloud massively improved customer satisfaction for the clients. Design improvements saw survey completion and engagement increased, based on our analytics. I improved the accessibility and usability of the surveys, based on tools and feedback. See examples of my survey designs, below.
The brand names are hidden in the screen shots to provide some client confidentiality. Dummy data is used to protect client data.
