INSIGHT CLOUD SURVEY DESIGN
I worked with various household names on their customer satisfaction survey designs. Customers were invited to fill in the survey by targeted emails. I created the visual designs for both the emails and the surveys. I also built the HTML and CSS of many of the surveys. The survey results populated KPMG's Insight Cloud dashboard product and massively improved customer satisfaction for the clients. See examples of my survey designs, below.
The brand names are hidden in the screen shots to provide some client confidentiality, and dummy data is used to protect client data.
