DJing in Rome and gallivanting

More Glenn adventures

The other weekend I and Geoff Modulate went on a DJ exchange programme (!) and DJed at a club in Rome as the guests of Marco and Marko from the band XP8 . They will guest DJ in the 2nd room at Wendy House on November 15th.

We couldn't have had a better time or 2 better hosts. We arrived on the Friday at 6:00pm in Rome, got driven to the hotel and had a pizza, then got to the venue and got fed all the vodka and Red Bull in the world. I DJed at 3am and both our sets went down really well. The club had a spookily similar vibe and music to The Wendy House. We managed to get some sleep sometime after 5am...

Marko showed us around Rome the next day and we walked for 6 hours around all the tourist sites. The weather was amazing... it didn't really go much under 25 degrees all weekend. We had a great meal on Saturday evening and flew back early on Sunday morning...

Last weekend we went to whitby too... so all in all lots of gallivanting. :-)
